
Deniz Bol’s works are rooted in an interest in identity, memory and belonging. Working primarily with the human figure, she uses the body as a site through which questions of identity, power and human connection can be explored. As such, texts and abstract forms appear as fragments of memory, detached from a fixed narrative.
